MUSIC

Girl Talk, Robert Randolph and the Family Band, Tribute to Doc Watson, Joe Hertler and the Rainbow Seekers, That 1 Guy, Simplified, Apple Seed Collective, The Lee Boys and many other artists (funk, rock, bluegrass, Americana, marching bands, New Orleans, gospel, DJs) will play continuously across the venue’s seven unique stages, ranging from a large-scale fully covered stage to intimate bonfire and barn stages. Kampers can also dance the night away at the Silent Disco tent, with live music and 1500 wireless headsets.

FOOD AND DRINK

Craft beer, cider, mead and wine will flow throughout the weekend from custom brewery led experiences to a mobile bar that travels around the site. Beer lovers can explore the craft beer scene via unique events like the Rare Brew and Small Batch sessions in the barns, Homebrewer’s Challenge, Food and Beer Pairing by guest chefs and more. This is a feastival as much as a festival.  Patrons will enjoy global and local cuisine at the micro dining villages including a BBQ pit, giant paellas, wood-fired fare and other top food vendors.

ACCOMODATIONS

The event will accommodate overnight camping with comfort levels that range from rustic camping to Glamping.  RV and car camping will also be available.

From WEST & Asheville

I-40 to Swannanoa Exit 59. Turn left at end of exit ramp. Right at the tra­ffic light onto US-70. Turn left at the next light, over bridge, and take an immediate right at yield sign onto Old US-70. Go 1.8 miles and turn right into Owen Pool Lot for drive-thru check in.

From EAST & Black Mountain

I-40 to first Black Mountain Exit 65. Ramp merges with US-70. Drive 3.5 miles, through town and then several tra­ffic lights. There will be an Ingles warehouse on the left. Turn right at tra­ffic light onto Grovestone Road. Turn left at next traffi­c light onto Old US-70. Go 1.6 miles and turn left into Owen Pool Lot for drive-thru check in.

Vehicle Camping Permit

Limited vehicle camping spaces in designated areas available. Plan to arrive & STAY until final departure. Permit is a 20w x 20d space and is for TICKET HOLDER’s vehicle and campsite ONLY. Tent camping available at Eden Field, Meadow Green, Mountain Top, and Barntop. No hookups. RV Camping available only in RV designated areas. Without permit, no vehicles at campsite-you’ll be car-free. (This includes motorcycles, PopUp Campers, etc.). DAY PASSES DO NOT INCLUDE OVERNIGHT STAY OF ANY KIND.

Parking

CAR-POOLing is cool! There are limited parking options.

Friday:
10am-gates
12pm-gates open for campers
3pm-gates open for Friday day pass ticket holders
4pm-music starts and ends at midnight

Saturday:
9am-gates open for Saturday day pass ticket holders

Food and beverages will be available for purchase.

All Kampers must purchase a weekend pass in order to stay on site overnight. All camping will be rustic (carry in- carry out) unless you purchase a car camping pass or RV camping pass.

If you are attending with a day pass only, you must depart the grounds by midnight on Friday and Saturday.

All Kampers must depart festival grounds by 6pm on Sunday

RULES AND REGULATIONS

No one under the age of 21, no exceptions.

NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL. NC state laws prohibit bringing alcohol on site. Alcohol sales benefit our nonprofit parter. Packaged beer will be be available for purchase on site

NO Fire Pits, but contained grills and propane stoves will be allowed.

No pets except service animals

No weapons or contraband of any kind

No drums after 12am

No generators outside RV camping. We will have charging stations available.

2am-9am quiet hours

Ticket Resale Policy

The resale of your BrewKamp Festival tickets is allowed; however, you may NOT sell any tickets for amount greater than face value. You must let BrewKamp know by EMAIL the name and phone number of the new ticket holder. Selling your Festival tickets for over face value is NOT allowed in any situation and will result in the ticket being cancelled.

Assumption of Risk

YOU are RESPONSIBLE. There are inherent risks associated with being at BrewKamp. By participating in BrewKamp in any way (ticket purchaser, volunteer, staff, performer, vendor, etc) YOU are fully responsible for your physical and mental self, your belongings, your vehicle, your actions, injuries, accidents, illness, property damage, or other occurrence arising in any manner whatsoever out of your participation in activities sponsored by BrewKamp. In addition, all persons attending this event, by their presence, may be photographed, videotaped, or broadcasted and, waive any claim related to the use of their image for promotional purposes for BrewKamp. BE RESPECTFUL, KIND and RESPONSIBLE.
